A chocolate workshop is great fun!

You will be working with quality Belgian chocolate, and get to dip a number of different ingredients into the delicious melted chocolate. These could be fudge, soft caramels, coconut ice, marshmallows, or honeycomb.

You will also learn how to pipe smooth caramel into chocolate shells, then add a touch of sea salt to really bring out the flavours.

Next, you will learn how to pipe a chocolate lolly and add sprinkles, choc flakes or pretty sugar flowers to your design.

While the chocolate is setting, you can relax with refreshments while you hear about the 'history of chocolate'. Find out where cocoa pods grow, and learn some fun facts!

Then taste different chocolates and try to guess the flavours. You will be shown a cocoa pod and get to try some raw cocoa nibs too.

At the end of the workshop you will take home at least 25 chocolates and your lolly in pretty display bags.
